1. Membership Refunds

Membership purchases at The Aesthetic Gym are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated. Members are advised to review the membership plan, duration, benefits and applicable terms before making payment.

2. Genuine / Exceptional Cases

In exceptional circumstances, The Aesthetic Gym may consider a refund request where the member has a genuine and reasonable reason. Such requests are reviewed case-by-case by the management.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. The final decision will depend on the circumstances of the request and the applicable membership terms and law.

3. Membership Transfer

A membership may be transferred to another person, subject to approval by The Aesthetic Gym and any applicable verification or administrative requirements.

Members who wish to transfer their membership should contact the gym team before the transfer is made. The gym may require details of both the existing and new member for verification.

4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

For a refund or membership-transfer request, contact The Aesthetic Gym and provide your name, registered mobile number, membership details, payment details and the reason for the request.

The management may request additional information where reasonably necessary to review the request.

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible. The time taken for the refund to appear in the member's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Management Review

Refund requests are reviewed individually. The Gym reserves the right to approve or decline a refund request based on the circumstances, the applicable membership terms and applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Aesthetic Gym may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the policy and membership terms communicated at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
